House of Vine

The land where this project is located, located a few meters from National Route No. 5 and a few kilometers from the city of Canelones, is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape, in a vineyard area.
Martín and Claudia, a young couple with a small daughter, contacted us for a project for their home that would meet their expectations of having large, well-lit spaces, with views in all directions.
Taking advantage of the space on the land and a strategic location of the project on it, with the Casa Vid Extension the interior spaces seek to open up to the outside to gain in spaciousness and natural light during the day, a requirement that could not be missing for the family.
Complementary spaces were created such as the wooden pergola area, which will have different uses.
Outside, the intention is not to impact the environment, which is why natural coverings such as wood and subtle colored facade tones were sought, which gives it a certain sense of lightness and empathy with the environment.
