With this new project we are working again in Jardines del Cortijo, this expanding neighborhood located north of the city of Florida. It is an apartment project located on a corner lot.
This project, Apartamentos Cortijo, is requested by our clients who ask us for two apartments designed for families or young people looking for their first home.
With a 305 m2 corner lot, with mandatory setbacks due to the regulatory framework, we faced the difficulty of being able to locate two apartments on the lot, achieving the best use of the surface, taking into account all aspects regarding sunlight, thermal efficiency and natural lighting.
Each of the apartments has three bedrooms and is distributed over two floors. Since these are apartments with small patio spaces, we sought to create terraces and balconies to have more outdoor spaces that provide quality and natural lighting to the interior environments.
