The Casa Cortijo 1 project is located in Jardines del Cortijo, a new neighborhood under development in the city of Florida. Our clients, a young couple, came to our studio in order to build their first home. That is why we focused on creating a functional project, where lighting and the visual link with the environment play a key role.
It is a plan adapted to the established footage for affordable housing that also incorporates contemporary design elements, where the client's exchange and participation with our team was essential to achieve the identity of the project.
