Maragata House

In this project, the clients, a father and mother of two small girls, were in need of an extra bedroom. An outdoor space for a barbecue, storage and a room for one of them to work in.

A bedroom space was created for the couple, with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and an indoor-outdoor jacuzzi, which opens onto a private interior patio for them, since we understood that one of their requirements was to enhance the couple's privacy and tranquility. In this space, they will find the moments and environments to be able to rest and enjoy their time.

On the other hand, the rest of the existing house will be reconditioned for their daughters in terms of bedrooms.
The outdoor space with a barbecue encompasses the existing house, its new private interior patio and the work room.

This result, the Maragata House, has been very well received by the clients since they consider that it meets their needs exactly.
