Reve House

The Casa Reve project is located in the Santarcieri neighborhood of the city of Florida, a neighborhood that has been constantly growing in recent years and is now well established. The clients, a couple with children, contacted us to carry out the project for their home, which had to include a multi-purpose space. At times it can be used as a workspace or as a home.
With a corner lot of 320 m2 and a 120 m2 project, the objective was to achieve a project with interior functionality that met the client's requirements, gaining the greatest amount of outdoor space possible. To achieve this, a H-shaped floor plan was chosen, generating two volumes, one social, located on the street and another of a more private nature, attached to the dividing wall. Both volumes are interconnected by the multi-purpose space.
Another of the clients' premises was to achieve the largest possible outdoor space, a patio that was enjoyable and intimate. This means that the side façade seeks greater hermeticity, closing itself off towards the street unlike the main façade.
