When families have small children and teenagers, one of the dilemmas is the organization of spaces. The living room or dining room are transformed into play areas, and that is where the issue of being able to centralize the spaces according to their functions begins.

In this case, the family needed to decongest the common areas of the play areas and meeting spaces for their children. In this case, in the Casa Faustina renovation, it was decided to have adjacent spaces, but adding an additional social area to be able to use it as a wildcard in these cases. The kitchen is integrated into the dining room and the living room, which was not the case before. In this way, everyone is connected, but without directly interfering in each other's activities.

Apart from conditioning the spaces with more natural lighting, laundry areas are added and the furniture is also designed to decongest the spaces.
