Lab House Renovation

The challenge of using what already exists and creating something new is not easy, but after seeing the results we know that the work was worth it.

The Casa Lab renovation consists of the extension of a social space (living room) and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as the design and modification of the kitchen-dining room space.
The main façade was also designed, leaving a semi-permeable enclosure to the view, always taking into account the incorporation of greenery in these spaces.

The social space was widely linked to each other and open to all views (front and back), thus achieving the clients' first objective, among others.
